Listed "Siedlung Schönblick" (or "Friedrich-Ebert-Bau") with the former "Höhenrestaurant Schönblick" and the eight-storey residential tower, built between 1927 and 1929 by architect Karl Beer. The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the famous Weißenhofsiedlung and bears many features of the „Neues Bauen“ movement (New Building or New Objectivity). The "Turmhaus" is the first high-rise residential building in Stuttgart.
